Synergyse is joining Google :
Google has announced (May 2) that it acquired Synergyse a business technology startup founded by (Varun Malhotraan) an Indian-origin entrepreneur which formed in 2013 to help business customers, train with Google Apps.
Google not yet disclosed any of the financial details about the deal. Peter Scocimara Senior Director of Google Apps Operations said in a blog post that Google with its thousands of Google Apps customers have been "excited" about Synergyse. This product suite includes features like Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Docs, which are built on cloud-based productivity & communications and is now used by more than two million paying businesses around the world.
